He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dean and Eileen Dean (Morgan); and his wife Noreen Frances Dean (Fitzsimmons). He is survived by: his mother-in-law Noreen Frances Dean (Fitzsimmons); his sisters, Sister Rita Eileen Dean (Sharon Marie), O. P. and Patricia Dean Brees; his children, John Francis (Jennifer), Brigid Kathleen (Morgan Davis) and Michael Thomas (Dominique); his grandchildren, Tyler, Leo, Cole and Tristan; and his sister-in-law Mary Eileen Kreitz (Paul).
In celebration of his abiding love for animals, Frank has requested that donations be made in his name to the Humane Society of Marion County, Florida.
