He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Lowe and Janette Lowe; and his sister Naomi Joyce Morris. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Lowe (Hoehn); his children, Matt Lowe (Cindy) and Aimee DeSousa (Cristiano); his grandchildren, Joshua Lowe (Susie), Caleb Lowe (Paris), Anna Lowe, Aaron Lowe and Giovanni DeSousa; and his sisters, Patsy Rowe and Betsy Daugherty.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memorial be made to VOCAL https://vocalforpets.org. Committal Service will be held at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 5740 South Pine Ave, Ste A, Ocala, FL 34480, US, on May 17, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:00 am.
