He was predeceased by: his parents, Facundo Rosario and Carmen Rosario. He is survived by: his family, Margarita Rosario, George Fowler of Morriston, Minnie, Bruce Jevne of Chesterfield, Virginia and Yolanda Marquez of Ocala, Florida.; and his nephews, David Cardona, Keith Ingram and Jack Jevne.

Donations can be made to the American Heart Association on behalf of Frankie Rosario.
