George Douglas Wikane Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Douglas Wikane of Ocala, Florida, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on March 16, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolf Wikane and Camilla Angell Wikane; his wife Ruth; his son Andrew Wikane; and his stepsiblings, Richard Wikane and Carol Ann Wikane Slocum.
He is survived by: his children, Erik Wikane of Key West, FL, Chris Wikane (Angela) of Bel Air, MD, Daniel Wikane of Puyallup, WA and Kim Crump (Joseph). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and many many loving nieces and nephews.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers donations to be made to Morrison United Methodist Church in Leesburg, FL in George's loving memory.
