He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Hall and Edna Turtura; his children, George, Charles, James, Carol, Brandi, Rick and Cindy; and his siblings, Beverly, Phil, Ralph, Kathy and Edna. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
