Family, friends, and acquaintances remember George for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Phelps and Eleanor Phelps (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Phelps; his children, Nicole Ramsey (Gordon) and George Phelps; and his grandchildren, Paige and Ethan.
A Mass will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Springs Catholic Church (4047 NE 21st St, Ocala, FL 34470).
