She is survived by: her parents, Carmelo Otero of Ciales and Ramona Alvarez-Negron of Ocala, Florida; her daughter Lillie I Claudio of Tamarac; her grandsons, Edward and Justin; her son Vidal; her daughter-in-law Denise Goñez; her grandchildren, Nathan, Vidal Jr., Jacob and Ariana; her daughter Madeleine Sanchez of Ocala; her grandchildren, Christopher, De'Anna and Mark Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Marcus and Christopher Ramos Jr.. She is also survived by four siblings, multiple nephews and nieces.
