He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Octavia Stancil and George Stancil; and his sister Georgeanne Schore. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Faye Stancil (Becky) of Ocala; his children, Stephanie DellaVecchia (Matthew DellaVecchia), Karen Stancil (Ken Capps), Suzanne Stancil (John Svercek), Kathryn Riechert (Scott Whitten) and John Stancil (Jennifer Stancil); his grandchildren, Ashlyn DellaVecchia, Audrey DellaVecchia, Andrew DellaVecchia, Mason Champ, Ella Champ, Lily Champ, Tyler Capps, Jordan Capps, Miles Stevens, Grant Stevens, Everett Stevens, Nathan Stevens, Brooke Svercek, Grace Svercek, Corban Stancil, Caleb Stancil and Alden Stancil; and his siblings, Renn Hinton and Harold Stancil. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
