He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Cheshire and Myra Prisoc Cheshire; his son Robert E. Cheshire; and his brothers, Dwight A. Cheshire and James W. Cheshire.

He is survived by: his wife Jessamine Gaye Cheshire; his children, Harley B. Cheshire Jr. and Sandra L. Dillon (Tony); his siblings, Robert Wayne Cheshire and Nyla Riner (Wayne); his grandchildren, Chris Dillon (Kori), Andrew Dillon (Olesya), Evan Dillon and Bethany Dillon; his great grandchildren, Olivia Dillon, Alexander Dillon, Jaxxen Dillon, Hailey and Veda Eaton; and his great-niece Sydney Fraser.

In observance of social distancing, the service will be held outside, please feel free to bring a lawn chair/folding chair.
