It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard William Wilson of Ocala, Florida, who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Howard may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Wilson and Lena Wilson (Byrd); his son Steven; and his sisters, Mayme Grathwohl, Marie Kobussen and Virginia Ranquette.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; and his children, Cathy Dees (Brad), David Wilson (Carla) and Kelly Turner (Greg). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home (240 Ross Ave, Hamilton, OH 45013). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
