It is with sadness that the passing of Irene McCullough (Ocala, Florida) is shared. Irene, born on March 30, 1937, passed away on August 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Jackson and Hadley Burney Sr. From; her granddaughter Natasha Williams; and her siblings, Winston Burney Sr., Virgil Burney, Haldley Burney Jr., Ralph Burney, Arthur Burney, Thelma Collins, Nellie Shelton and Maggie Isaac.
She is survived by: her children, Nathaniel James McCullough III (Norma), Roosevelt McCullough (Reba), Michael Jerome McCullough, Ronnie McCullough (Delbra) and Mary McCullough Pirant (Andrew); her sisters, Rosa Burney, Barbara Gordon-Cobb Burney, Inez Burney and Carrie Woods; and her grandchildren, Belinda Rivers, Natarra Bradwell, Nathaniel James McCullough IV, Tyrone Jefferson, Brandy Jefferson, Rooshells Parrish, Macneshia Anthony, Trina Pierce, Ronnie McCullough Jr., Caleb McCullough, Michael McCullough Jr., Alia McCullough, Rasoul McCullough, Anita Mackey, Jermalas Peoples and Jarrett McCullough. She is also survived by great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sellers Funeral Home, Inc. (440 SW Broadway St, Ocala, FL 34475). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Immerse Church of Ocala (5105 N US Hwy 441, Ocala, FL 34475).
