She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulysses Green and Annie Colyer Jacobs Green. She is survived by: her siblings, Stine Fulton (Elizabeth) and Beatrice Grant (James); her grandchildren, Jemarall Richards, Everette Way, Deion Laird and Tatiana Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Janiaha Richards and Olivia Way.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sellers Funeral Home, Inc. (440 SW Broadway St, Ocala, FL 34475). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 1105 NW 4th St, Ocala, FL 34475.

She later worked for the H.R. White Foundation in Gainesville, Florida where she provided support and guidance to troubled youth, victims of abuse, and others in need.
