He is survived by : his mother Connie Hackworth of Ocala, FL; his son Ethan; his wife Michele; his step-father Brent Hackworth; and his half-siblings, Dan Coffey Jr., Ben Coffey, Lorna Sulgit and Julia Deardorff.
