He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie May Cummings (Thompson) and Isaac Thomas Cummings; his children, Rhonda Henry and Danny Eaglen; and his siblings, Tom Cummings, Bev Snyder, Nola Reece, Faye Reynolds, Roy Cummings and Thelma Weaver.
He is survived by: his spouse Berneda Jean Cummings; his children, Jerry Davis (Kathy), Jim Cummings, Tom Cummings (Theresa), Marsha Johnson (Andre), Carolyn Boyd, Sharon Petix (Tony) and William Eaglen (Carol); his sister Linda Turner (Bobby); his brother-in-law Darrel Weaver; his grandchildren, Jennifer Cummings, Megan Duncan, Tyler Johnson (Bridget), Landon Henry, Miranda Johnson, Marissa Boyd, Savannah Henry, Trevor Petix, Sarah McFaddin (Joey), Kara Pitcher (Devan), Tiara Henry, Ryan Cummings, Nicholas Eaglen (Liz), Ashanta Eaglen, Zane Eaglen and Aaron Eaglen (Amanda); and his caregiver Debbie Hensley. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
