He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Mildred Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Helen Lewis; his children, Bobby Lewis (Hope), Anna Savage (Harry) and Lorrie Freeman Mclellan; and his sister Ima Fish. He is also survived by four grandsons and one granddaughter, two nephews and two nieces.
