He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas, Sr. Fleming and Carrie Bristow Fleming; and his siblings, Thomas Fleming, Jr. and Alice F. Brown. He is survived by: his nieces, Melinda F. Brown (James) and Carolyn Farmer (Edward); his nephew Thomas Fleming, III (Nonglak); his cousins, Theodis Hence, Jr. (Aline) and Silvia Thomas; and his great-nephew Terry L. Scott, Jr.. He is also survived by grand nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
