He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Kinser and Katy Kinser (Norton); his former wife Joyce D. Kinser of Maryville, TN; and his brother Richard H. Kinser of Loudon, TN.. He is survived by: his children, Carla A. Kinser of Knoxville, TN and Christopher L. Kinser; and his daughter-in-law Lisa T. Kinser of Ocala, FL..
