Janet G. Samsel Obituary

We announce the death of Janet G. Samsel of Ocala, Florida, who passed away on August 5, 2026, at the age of 73. Janet will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Len Todd and Viola Todd. She is survived by: her husband David Samsel; her children, Brianna Considine (Justin), Erin Ferrell and Wesley Samsel (Amanda); and her grandchildren, Kayla Chrisman, Savanna Considine, Austin Scot, Skylar Jade, Grayson Samsel and Harper Samsel.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Janet's memory to the National Humane Society.
