She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Merton Rollins and Shirley May Rogers; her husband Timothy Osborne; and her sons, James Kuyoth (Priscilla) and Jeffery Kuyoth.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph (Diane Kuyoth) of Coventry and Jason (Gail) of Warwick; and her siblings, William Rollins of Brunswick, Alfred (Bonnie Rollins) of Lisbon Falls, Maine, Nina Hodgkins of Lisbon and Geraldine (Ronald Stillman) of Virginia Beach, Virginia..
