She was predeceased by: her husband Johnnie M. Cox; and her son John Darren Cox. She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Cox, Gary Cox and Dean Cox; her grandchildren, Sydney Cox, Hayley Cox and Delaney Cox; her stepgrandchildren, Victoria Patronis, Connor Patronis, Cohen Hensley and Gavin Hensley; and also, Krisa, Nelia and Shelly.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Baptist Church in memory of Jeannine Cox.
