It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeff Lackey of Ocala, Florida, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Lackey (Short) and Charles Jerry Lackey. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his brother Scott Lackey; his children, Tiffany Tivey, Zach Lackey, Lauren Peterson (Lackey) and Joshua "Josh" Lackey; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Colton and Wesson Lackey; and his children-in-law, Brooke and Kip. He is also survived by his family, as well as a "Papa" to his grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and if desired, memorial contributions can be made to either the Wounded Warrior Project http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org or the Make A Wish Foundation http://www.wish.org, which are both charities that Jeff supported during his lifetime.
