He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Burton and Beatrice Catherine Graham Burton; his son Willie "Squirt" Lofton; and his siblings, Hercules Burton, Leo Wesley Burton, Leonard Wilfred Burton, Kenneth Cleophus Burton and Rosalind Burton Williams (Hershey).
He is survived by: his children, Narvella Kingcade of Ocala, FL, Catrina Bean, Nicole Burton of Orlando, FL, Jerald Burton of Ocala, FL and Cameron Burton of Ocala, FL; and his siblings, Ronald Burton (Alice) of Ocala, FL, Basil Burton (late Bertadine) of Lakeland, FL and Gloria Franklin (Alvin) of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
