He is survived by: his wife Ginger Abbott; his sons, William Abbott and Patrick Abbott (Monica); his grandchildren, Kaytlyn Abbott, Khloe Abbott and Kane Abbott; and his siblings, Sally Bateman (Larry) and Tommy Abbott (Paula).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ocala West United Methodist Church (9330 SW 105th St, Ocala, FL 34481).
