He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Caposello and Mary Sullivan Caposello. He is survived by: his wife Helen Forgione Caposello; his children, John Caposello Jr. (Nichole Rogalsky), Kellie (Jonathan Bender) and Eric Forgione Sr. (Missy); his grandchildren, Danielle, Erica Caposello, Livia, Madison Bender, Christopher Marietta, Eric Forgione Jr. and Sumer Forgione; and his brother Fred Caposello. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and many extended family.
