He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoke Howard and Katie Morris. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Howard; and his children, Justin Howard (Jennifer), Shannon Hosch (Alvin), Jason Howard (Tania), Jonathan Dismuke (Nikki), Stephen Walters (Daniella), Carrie Howard, Kimberly Davis (Patrick) and Tommy Dismuke. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
