He is survived by: his sons, Bradley Curtis and Bryce Curtis of Ocala, FL; and his brothers, Jackie Curtis (Ann), Joe Curtis (Dana) of Panama City, FL, Kenny Curtis (Judy) of Lake City, FL and Benny Curtis of Live Oak, FL. He is also survived by fur babies that he loved dearly; along with numerous extended family members and friends.
