Johnnie leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Johnnie’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Johnnie will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He is survived by: his mother Joan Masters; his wife Sharon George; his daughters, Valerie Schneider (Christopher) and Angie Clexs (Christopher); his grandchildren, Benjamin Clexs, Raegan Clexs and Jayden Scheider; and his nephew Clayton Bailey.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Smith & Williams Funeral Home (4889 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery (5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
