He is survived by : his children, John Christopher Neal (Loretta), Joseph Timothy Neal (Maureen), Jennifer Lynn Chapin (Kelly), Joshua Peter Neal and Kathy Hicks; his siblings, Linda Mae Hoffman, Timmie Ray Neal and Lisa Faye Totura; and his grandchildren, Dana Scarberry, Bryce Neal, Trevor Neal, Kennedy Giannetto, Abigail Chapin and Brandon Hicks.
