He is survived by: his wife Constance "CJ" Gomes (Hazzard); his mother Evelyn Gomes (Spinola) of Waterbury; his children, Jacob DiPietro of McIntosh, FL, Charlotte Gomes of Fort Worth, TX and Manuel Gomes of Ocala; his granddaughter Lily Hutchinson of McIntosh, FL; and his siblings, Karyn Ayala (Kevin) of Lakewood Ranch, FL, Kevin Oliveira of Brockton, MA and George M. Gomes (Judith Paige).
