She was predeceased by: her father John P. Guydan. She is survived by: her mother Sarah Guydan (Sally); her husband BJ O'Day; her daughters, Tiffany (Charlie), Bridget and Cassie (Josh); and her siblings, Jan (Duke), Judi (Ray) and Greg. She is also survived by grand children, nieces and nephew, and many family members and friends.
