He was predeceased by: his wife Juliet Yee Hendrix; his parents, Winston Hendrix and LaRue Hendrix; and his sisters, Helen Lindsey, Jeanne Ziegler and Meris Ann Calicchio.

He is survived by: his daughter Julie Hendrix; and his sister Sara Eastman.
