She was predeceased by: her parents, Constance "Connie" Bernadine Shannon Cavarozzi and Dewey Wilcox Johnson; and her stepfather Joseph Cavarozzi. She is survived by: her daughter Shannon Vilanova; her stepsons, Robert Hexter III and Steven Hexter; her grandson Vinicius "Vinny" Vilanova Jr.; her siblings, Steven "Fuzzy" Johnson, Dewey Johnson Jr., Kathy Johnson and Jane Cavarozzi; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Fuchs (Johnson). She is also survived by her family, animals, and friends.
