He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Wigginton and Florence Watts; his wife Teresa Wigginton of Ocala, FL.; and his children, Shenay Kelley (Chris) of Dunnellon, FL. and Kenneth Wigginton, Jr. (Sherry) of Providence, RI.
