He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Ehrhardt; and his parents, Jay Lewis and Wilma Lewis. He is survived by: his brother Rick Lewis; his sister-in-law Laura Lewis; and his nephews, Jason Lewis, Jacob Lewis of Delaware and Larry.
