She is survived by: her children, Wesley A. Phelps, Jr. and Susan Wilkins (James G. Wilkins, Jr.); her siblings, Don Cox, Chester Cox, Joe Joe Cox, Danny Cox, Jean Balliett, Mary Pellegrini-Natale and Martha Lyden; her grandchildren, Makayla Wilkins and James Grant Wilkins, III; and her great grandchildren, Paisley Cornwell and Carson Waddell.
