She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phillips and Florence Peck Phillips; her husband Lloyd G. Dowd, Jr.; and her siblings, Marshall Phillips, Doris Spurr, Louise Balestrieri, Lois Hemlich, Evelyn Ellis, Mildred Keller and June Hawkins.
She is survived by: her extended family, Cindy Wampole, Patti and Douglas Smith Arkport (Tricia).
