He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ballew and Laverne Ballew. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ballew; his children, Felicia Craig (Micah), Lisa Muncy (Mike), Tonya Southwell (Brad), Nakia "Nic" Ballew and Zachary Ballew; and his siblings, Kenny, Jeanie Collins and Laverne. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
