She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Phillips (Bentley) and William "Bill" Phillips; her husband John H. "Jack" Austin; her siblings, Denver Phillips, Dennis Phillips, William "Bill" Phillips, James B. "JB" Phillips and Glenna Marie Stanley (Phillips); her children, Johnny Lee Austin, Mary Margaret Sanford and Patricia Lynne Austin; and her grandchildren, Lisa Kay Austin Deason, Brad Sanford and Brian Lee Hamb.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Kay Healy (Mike) of Ocala, Florida; her children-in-law, Patty Sue Austin of Tyler, Texas and Dale Sanford of London, Ohio; and her niece Madge. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren.
