She is survived by: her husband Joseph Smith; her daughter Colleen Smith (Fernando Vergara); her sister Elizabeth Balsamo (Dominick); and her close friends, El Chico, Don Julio and Giorgio Armani. She is also survived by her 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
