She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Youngblood and Alta Youngblood; her son Delvin Hargis; and her husband Odell Hargis. She is survived by: her daughter Melinda Hargis; her grandchildren, Jolyn Farber (Drew Smith), Justin Pope (Bri) and Megan Parks (Charles); her great grandchildren, Mikayla, Myles, Reagan, Oaklyn and Malin; and her pet Molly. She is also survived by four sisters, one brother and many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Odell M. Hargis Scholarship at Austin Peay State University or to the Delvin O. Hargis Memorial Scholarship at Stewart County High School c/o Megan Parks.
