She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hahn and Louise Hahn; and her husband Dr. Manuel C. Fernandez, MD. She is survived by: her sons, Keith Tietjen (Kim), Jimmy Dugan (Debbe) and Richard Fernandez (Anne); her brother Eric Hahn (Darlene); her grandchildren, Sean Kelley (Jacqueline), Ryan Tietjen (Caitlin), Brandie Kirkwood (Dylan), Kalie Kirkwood, Krystalyn Dugan, James Dugan, Kelley Fernandez (Pierre), Christopher Fernandez (Kristin) and Katie Fernandez; and her great grandchildren, Lowreigh, Lawson, Olivia and Kennedy.

Funeral services will be private for the family. Due to the restrictions on the COVID-19 we are strongly enforcing groups to be limited and practicing social distancing.
