He was predeceased by: his wife Mary "Jeannie" Stoots; his parents, Beverly Jean Reed-Marshall and Clarence Eugene Marshall; his brother Ted Marshall; and his nephew Adam Brimm.
He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Marshall of Decatur, IL, Jeff Marshall (Kim Marshall) of Pana, IL and Sherry Garriott (Jim Garriott) of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
