He is survived by: his children, Kayla Mitchell (Earnest, III) of Reddick, Connie King of Ocala, Salena Rosario of Ocala, John King, Jr. (Benita) and Stacy King (Inez); his sisters, Ida Guice (Henry) of Apple Springs, TX, Mamie Watts, Atmore and Vivian Salter of Flomaton, AL; his aunt Sophronia Quinley of Flomaton, AL; and his godchildren, Audrina of Washington, Jonova Johnson, Dennis Folmar of Brewton, AL and Lawrence Owens, Sr. of Reddick, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
