He was predeceased by: his parents, Thedora Turner (Ratcliff) and Charlie Turner; and his sons, Michael A. and Charles A. Turner. He is survived by: his wife Wynell Edna Turner (Majors); and his daughter CaSaundra L Fletcher. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
