She is survived by: her husband William James Snow Sr.; and her children, Melvin Surmons (Kwi Lee) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Lillie Tuggerson, Bernard Tuggerson Sr., Lorena Perry (Charles) of Ocala, Florida, Lillian Edwards-Walker of Kennesaw, Georgia, Cynthia Robinson of Jacksonville, Florida and Earnest Surmons (Angie) of Jacksonville, Florida.. She is also survived by extended family, including her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and her two cherished godchildren.
