He is survived by: his wife Pamela Simpson; his daughters, Sharon Simpson Rivas and Dr. Lyssa Simpson; his grandchildren, Alissa McPherson and Jaelin Simpson; and his sister Linda Burke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Family Residence (2020 Peachtree Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30309). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Donald Trimble Mortuary (1876 2nd Ave, Decatur, GA 30032).
