He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John W Demarest (Pip), Nancy Constable (Gram) and Francis Constable Sr. (Poppy); and his cousin Kayla Demarest. He is survived by: his parents, Theresa M Talbert (Trish) and Francis Constable Jr. (Laurie); his sister Jennifer Gunwaldsen Troy (Justin); his niece Mackenzie Rose; and his nephew Cyrus Gunwaldsen.

The family has requested that in Lieu of flowers, that a Memorial donation be sent in Nick's name to either WWF/ World Wildlife Fund or The American Stroke Foundation.
