She is survived by: her husband Larry Balkcom; her son Clinton D. Balkcom (Jennifer C.); her grandson Douglas P. Balkcom; and her siblings, W. John Fortin, Collette Fortin, Amy Johnson (Mark) and Julie Boyd (Thad). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
