She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dewitt Ruben Willis and Dorothy Lena Willis (Hazelood); her children, Regina Dykes (Gladyness), Eric Dykes of Kansas City, Freddie Gladyness Jr. of Grand Rapids, O. Gladyness of Grand Rapids, Pauline Metcalf (Gladyness) of Ocala and David Gladyness of Grand Rapids, Michigan.; her stepdaughter Patricia McCarthy of Charlotte; and her siblings, Donald Willis, Arthur Willis, Sydnee Willis, Ruby Willis Hamilton, Cathy Willis Borden, Dewitt Willis and David Willis.
