He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Foy and Geraldine M. Foy; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Foy, Nancy Meisenheimer, Joseph Foy and Thomas Foy.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Campbell Foy; his sister Judith Ellen Foy (Keith LaSalle); and his sisters-in-law, Joanie Foy (Joe) and Mary Foy (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
